Spark plug Read

Ok i took a pic of the plug today when i was trying to mess with the carb. The pic speaks for itself, basically i rode it around the yard and beat the **** out of it for about 15 min. I seems to rev good but if i hold it at half throttle it wants to sputter a bit. I really hate this stuff, but i gotta learn. Jasonp i know your good at this, what you guys think?

Nah i was just saying i know hes reall good at this. But yeah im changing the bigger needle as we speak.
