Steering Stem @ Tie-rod

Are the lobes on the steering stem where the tie-rods connect supposed to be pitched differently? One side is bent more downward. Or is it from a wreck? The tie-rods look fine.

that'd be from a wreck, i did the same thing. no big just heat it up and bend it back
