He may have to go 1mm depending on the condition of the cylinder. From the looks of he piston, I'd be concerned about the cylinder. If you can get away with .5mm do it. That way you still have one overbore left. Btw, you can get new Kibblewhite HD valve springs off ebay for around $90.
