Synthetic Oil in crankcase

Anyone using synthetic oil in they're crankcase? I tried it many years ago in my street bike, and the clutch slipped. I know technology has come along way, but I haven't heard anyone say it is OK. The reason I ask, I thought it would increase the life of my engine with all the modifications I have done. Comments anyone?

I use Amsoil V Twin motorcyle oil 20W-50, awsome oil, I use Amsoil in verything I own.

As long as its formulated for wet clutch your in the clear.
