I just recently had the motor rebuilt, and I never got to ride the quad before because I bought it with the busted motor. My concern when I rode it was that it was getting too hot after riding. I heard they run hot though, Does anyone know what temperature the motor should be at after riding for about an hour. I measured it with a digital thermometer and it read 315degreesF

Got a similar question on what is max temp to watch out to avoid busting the engine, Ive measured temp after 45 min at the spark plug, it read 400F - using a trail tech computer that has a ring installed in the spark plug. Warrior 350 03.

Ive got close to 400 before on mine with the trail tech temp gauge on the plug...

I even have an oil cooler with fan and it still gets up there sometimes
