how fast does it wear out?

Just like any other motor. Keep it clean and mantinenced well it'll last a while. If ur mean to it, dont change oil ofter it'll eat itself like any other motor

You can get stock bore Wiseco & JE pistons. The JE has a .25 more compression at an advertised 10.5:1. If the bore is worn a lil just go with slightly overbored Wiseco, JE only offeres 4 off the shelf piston kits for these engines, 2 in stock bore & 2 in 2mm over.

or just buy another jug off ebay very cheap

Now that would be worth looking into and asking them!!

i would seriously be worried about if the crank would hold onto that very long but would be a ton of fun while it runs!

i think that will be the direction i go when i need a rebuild. but with the nitrous i have now i will more than likly get a better crank & rod anyway

The only downfall to a piece like tha from JE would be cost & turnaround time. I'd be really interested to know. A bigger offering for the Hotrods stroker kits would be cool too.

When you go to that youll need the cases bored to fit the piston so at that point you might as well do the cwr 400
