Would this work so I could fit 2 quads on it?

You MIGHT have to build up and over the wheel wells to fit the quads. It doesn't look like the wells are that high off the deck, (without measurements I wouldn't know). Mine is over the wheel wells on 2x6 boards that have plywood sheating. But that drawing is on the right track.

How could I get it over the wheel wells

Well, if there's enough room to build around them then your fine. IF NOT, measure from the frame of the deck to about 1" above the wheel well. That will be the height of the framing you'll have to use to make the entire deck level. But measure first, you might not have to do this.

im gunna make a full blueprint hold on. NO CHARGE! lol mesurements of trailer?

That's what I was figuring too, but I was also suggesting if he were to raise the new deck to clear the wheel wells, (I had to do that with mine so my quads would park flat anywhere on the 6 x 8 trailer I have)

It would, but your going to need something better than flat-laid 2x6 boards if your hanging them off 2' each side farther than the original frame. Maybe stand them up good-ole framing style and sheet it with plywood?

YES yes and yes that is a VERY good idea!
