tuning a 39mm FCR Carb

I did a lot of reading up on the 37 before I sent the carb to weston. I wouldn't use it on a stock or modded engine. It's only 1mm bigger then stock, and has accel pump issues. There were some other things I didn't like about it. It's 39 or bust...
