okay I ran it the last couple nights and i shouldnt of but my plug is lean and i have a 150 and the screw in the middle of the bowl facing down not the throttle screw but other one all the way in and my needle on the last richest clip and my tank breathers are all working. What should i go up in jet size and should that screw be backed out cause i had it backed 2 turns? My warrior keeps dying about 1/4 mile away at 1/2 or 3/4 constant throttle. but if i keep it at 1/4 I can keep goin forever, and it looked like there was air in my line?

That upside down screw is the low speed (pilot) screw. Need to have that at least 2 turns out.
I'm surprised it starts and idles at all...

We need to know what all mods are on the engine first.

yea but i just got a new one last fall.
and i got a 155 in now but when i put the carb on i then put the air box tube on and it ripped my manifold... they need to make a solid billet one. but i put my finger over it and it started right up and idled fine. so i filled in the crack with high strength and temp epoxy and put it in the crack with a seringe.:argh: hopefully it will hold for a couple hours of weekend riding until the new one comes in.

check to see that gas is free flowing from the tank to your carb... your petcock might be clogging up
