valve spring question

I have decided that it is time for a cam. I decided for the riding I do the webcam .390 grind 88 is what I am looking for. My real question is, are the valve springs webcam sells with the titanium retainers good to use? (Just so I can order everything at once.) Or does anyone have other suggestions? and if so where can I order them from?
