OK, I have a stock 2001 Warrior, and I am having trouble removing the rear sprocket...reason why I am trying to remove the sprocket is because one of the bearings in it are effed up, oh and I live outside of the usa ( lol I am in like a 3rd world country )...None of the mechanics no to do around here, and I don't want to bring the Quad to the Capitol City and get it fixed, can yall plz help a fellow Warrior Brotherin' out? :p

EDIT: I removed the whole rear axel, just having trouble removing this sprocket thing, I banged it with a hammer not a damn thing moved, he heated the sprocket up, banged it, no move....What should I do? lol should I even bang the sprocket out?

take off the two nuts holding the sprocket on? Not Trying to be a wise ass but i should come right off after thos are removed.

I took the whole rear axel off. Just couldn't take the little star thing for the chain ( sry, I am a friggin noob ). But I took it off. I put it on some machine that applies pressure and took it right off. But thanks.

But now I have ANOTHER problem. After I put the bearings and what not. I can't get my throttle half way and it just pops and sometimes fire would come out of the pipe ( Which I thought was cool but knew it was bad ). I cleaned out the Carb, Was pretty dirty. Ok, I start her up and still pop pop pop....At this point I am pissed, because I don't know what to do. I heard around that maybe the Parking Brake has something to do with it, but I am having doubts. My neighbor told me it could have been the sparkplug, so I went and bought a new one. But I think this one is different. The previous one was DR8EA and I bought a DR7EA. The guy at the shop told me its the same thing so I just took it :\. Put it on and STILL, pop pop pop, BANG. Probably tomorrow when I get home from class I will try the Parking Break thing.

PS - I installed 1 9007k Xenon Blue light bulb if anything.

BTW Deadaim - How much you selling that Warrior for?
