I finaly blew up my warrior but i only got the the thing for 300 bucks and now im gonna build the motor for my rebuild i was gonna put a JE 366 big bore kit and get a stage 2 hot cam, it has a HMF competiton series exhaust on it now and i was wondering if i should get a bigger carb or just jet the stock carb for the motor work.

Man, I'll be straight, if you're only gonna run the 10.5:1 JE then just bore minimally & use the Weisco, you have more bore size options & ya don't have to take it to max bore. I'm doing a 12:1 366 but I have a spare cylinder. Anyway, yeah, you can just jet the stocker, will it perform like a better carb? No. It does seem to be fairly durable though. If ya wanna change it w/o getting too crazy you could do a 37mm FCR or even a Raptor 350 carb upgrade.

i also have a spare cylinder and i wanted to run the 12:1 366 and when i build this thing i wanna go all out so im thinkin a aftermarket carb would be the best

^which should be done anyway IMO. I just recently got a 39mm FCR & a Rappy 350 intake boot (manifold), the 39 is FRIGGIN huge! If I remember correctly it actually measures like 40mm. I'm thinkin that the 37 would Prolly be plenty but I'm going with what I've bought & Will Prolly end up making my own custom intake for a better fit.
