Hey all,
I'm looking at a new 5ft x12ft trailer with a ramp gate. Does anyone know if this will hold 2 quads? (warrior, and raptor 660)?

i have a 5ft by14ft trailer and its steel made to fit 3 quads urs should easily with no problem at all with mucho excess space fit 2 quads

It'll be close. If it has a gate that folds straight up you might not be able to squeeze them in, at least not without running the front tires of the quad in the front over the rail. Warrior is about 6 feet and the raptor is at least 6 inches longer.

Another comparison, my s10 was a 6 foot bed and my warrior only had about an inch or 2 extra with the bed closed, and the grab bar was sticking out a few inches past in addition to that.

I'd shoot for at least a 14 foot trailer if you're going for a regular flatbed, or if you get one like mine you can get away with a much shorter, lighter trailer and still load 2 quads onto it. It's just barely (about one centimeter of movement with the gates closed) wide enough for a full size 4x4, you get plenty of room on it with sport quads. This one ran us about $1,100 brand new (all aluminum, folding ramp on each side)

not the best pic, but enough to see what it is at least

Picked it up last night, tried with both quads and they fit with about 2 inches to spare. (Whew). Bought it used for 900 bucks (cdn). Seller said he had paid about 1800 for it last year with upgrades HD springs and 14inch 6ply tires and tongue jack. I had gotten really tired of the double wide snowmachine trailer, using ramps or lifting, and some of our spots are tight width wise. This one is sweet. Thanks for the reply's amigos!

YamaRider: thats' a sweet trailer, i'll bet its light and tows nice! If this one had not have worked that was what i was looking at.
