Well, good shocks won't make the bike faster but you'll definately ride it faster...lol. I agree though, Works makes some pretty good shocks if you don't get the off the shelf RMATV ones. I've heard from a couple people before that the PEPs are made with the same parts as Works, don't know just how true it is but if sure makes you think Works aren't the crap they're made out to be. Good shocks plus motor work or just expensive shocks and no motor work....should be a simple decision.

ok thanks im about to do that then i seen a 466 kit online is that any good?
No the Cycle works racing 460 kit uses and strokes your crank to about 77mm which would require a cylinder spacer. But instead they use "shrunk rod technoligy" basically they take your connecting rod, cut it down and reweld it, this is actually bad as far as reliability is concerned, the shorter rod actually increases piston speeds which creates more wear, and also is not really good for the Warriors 2 valve head as it won't be able to keep up with the airflow requirments. FST makes the 446 kit (which I have) or the basic easy to use drop in Hotrods 400cc kit. They include a new crank and piston, all you have to do it get your cylinder bored and bolt the rest in. The FST kit you have to send in your crank, cases and head for machine work, they stroke your crank to 75mm, case bore the 2 case halves, and port your head. There is a lot more to explain, so I gave you the basics.

Dont buy suspension, If you mistake bearings or shocks I cant wait to see you adjust the muliple settings they come with. If youre not jumping anything 40f+, stock is fine. I rode my warrior on the track about a month ago with 22" tires all around, aslong as you go all out and clear **** stock is fine. Just tighten the stockers up for now, arm pump is very common and can be resolved by working out, or just riding more often.

Eh??? Dude, if you have the money buy some shocks. It's one of the best investments you'll ever make on your quad. He said he rides trails a lot, which literally beats the hell out of you. If you can get your suspension to suck up all the hits you'll ride faster longer, and without tiring as quick.

Maybe this will help make sense of it: You go out and buy that new yfz450, which is one of the fastest quads out there. Put some shiney new Blaster shocks on it (yes, I said Blaster...lol) and see how fast you DON'T go. Now go get a Blaster and put the best shocks you can buy all around and I bet you get thru the woods a lot faster than you did on that YFZ with the Blaster shocks. Power is nothing if it's not useable, and the shocks will help you use all the power your bike will make. Big motor doesn't=fast. Good suspension does=fast.

Well said. In the woods i gained a lot more from my suspension than I did from the extra power.

well im not bragging or trying to be an ******* but my job pays really good so i have enough money for both thats why i have 2 quads

interesting stuff...
9.5mm more stroke
6mm larger bore
12:5.1 compression and says it will run on 93 pump gas, wow.

Well if you have money go for it, I paid for everything on my yellow z, and it would really hurt dumping 300 into suspension, I lucked out when pop bought me a full mx quad. If your job pays good then **** it, buy suspension and pay someone to set it up for you if you odnt know what the hell youre doing.
