Warrior stutter please help

87 warrior I have tried every way I can possibly think of to fix this I've tried to adjust the carb I rejetted bought a new manifold boot could this be the valves it stutter if you hold the throttle in one position but idles perfectly. It makes cruising at one speed a headache. I haven't even been able to go riding with this thing since I've bought it any ideas would be greatly appreciated please help thanks in advanced

what are the mods to the bike if any and what jetting do you have in it now?

Uni air filter and white brothers slip on 45 pilot and 147.5 main
