Mine looked like yours when I first got it. But I didn't like the blue frame, and I got sick of try'n to keep the motor going in it..
I hope you can get yours going, we all love a good 1st gen build.

well if i cant get the motor going I do have options .. LOL if you look at the pics i have posted of the chassis on the bench in the background are a 90 fzr 600 and a 99 gsxr 600 ..

Dude.. That motor I had in mine was a serious piece of ****!

First the starter clutch went, so I replaced it.
Then the valves flatspoted. So I rebuild the whole head.
Then the valves wouldn't stay in adjustment.. I fought with them before every ride.
Then the bitch stared smoke'n. (I think it folded a ring? The cylinder was pretty scared up).. So I tore it down, and took it out to 366.
Then the starter clutch went again!!

I gave up after that.
