helmet, would wear my goggles but dont really need them yet. Dont like my boots, and i always forget my chest protector, lol. Oh yea, and i wear gloves.

I have wore everything but a chest protector for a long while, but since getting hurt I will not ride again without a chest protector on as well. All that stuff is expensive, but it is well worth the money if it keeps you from getting hurt just once or even keeps you from getting hurt as bad. IMO

OOAAAHHH...the quad...right ;D...watch out for that tree ???

I just got a Fox chest protector and theres a label on the inside that says its for deflecting roost and is not intended as a safety device. The only reason I got the fuking thing is to help me if I crash into a tree or slam into a quad (mine or someone elses). Is that label just the lawyers talking or are "chest protectors" good for a safety nut like myself. I don't race so deflecting roost is of no concern.I think Im gonna send it back and get a Tek-Vest. Please tell me your good and bad experiences as Im very goddamned confused and Im a newbie who wants as much safety gear as I can get (price is not an issue when it comes to saving my ass.
