I dont know if its stock we got from a dealer here in Nc. Someone trade their raptor 700 and the wifes 350 for a 4 x 4. I find it very fast for a stock bike.

The raptor 350 and warrior 350 should be same motors, the raptor is pretty much a renamed warrior, the plastics changed and a couple other smaller things changed. How much wear is on the warrior? The raptor could be newer less wear and is sealing better. You can do a basic top end rebuild, hone it, new rings get a lighter aftermarket piston, like wiseco or je. prot and polish get a thinner head gasket or have the head deck milled slightly up teh compression to about 10:1 with the filter pipe and jetted you should have a noticeable difference in power. Most of this to take apart is fairly simple if you have the tools and service manual.

But like has been said filter, pipe, jet it go down a tooth on the front sprocket, but watch you chain lenght, going down a tooth will make it longer and will have to be adjusted. This in itself compared to stock will help. I have stock gearing with a pipe K&N filter with out wear, and can keep up with dad's and uncles 400ex's one of which is filter and piped jetted, and almost outrun my uncles 300 ex.

My warrior is in pretty good shape maybe 20 hours. When i picked it up it still had the original tires in good shape. He was the original owner bought for his wife but she never used it. He had a 2000 400ex that looked like it just had come out if the dealer.
