worrier 350 stutter

Hi peaples I'm new to the forums haha.but I got a 99 warrior 350.it has a dg pipe 20 over piston.and hot cams stage 1 cam.it idles great.but after1/4 throttle it stutters and bogs then clears out at wot and just rips.iv had carb apart like 7 times cleaning and has stock jets.i just can't figure it out.and it leaks fuel out bowl tube but it has new needle and seat and I set the float so it cuts fuel off really early.but still leaks a bit.and I can shut the pilot screw all the way.and doesn't make a difference at all.im not sure if carb is shot or what's going on.

3 but iv tryed it at top and 4 and it ran better when was at top but still stuttered

Needs a bigger main jet. Try 147.5 or 150. Maybe you got a bad needle and seat even though they are new.
