Your clutch is put of adjustment and not broke in. Also if you did not oil soak the clutch overnight it will not last long at all.

Sounds like your drive selector lever is loose or out of adjustment. Does it ever tick and fail to move? What if the clutch is pulled? Do you feel a tapping on the covers? Is it matching the engine speed?
