Man i had the same problem and i seen your video a few months ago. I never did get my warrior to start changed everthing. I found a total and changed everthing over. I hope you have better luck then me.

Thanks i well take the clutch cover off and look there first. But i cant hear the noise in neutral. I hope that is it i well split the case but i dont want to. Iv been working on this warrior for over 4 months!!!! im ready to ride it.

Ok iv tryed to adjust the rev shifter and that was not it. If any one has any thoughts on this it would be appreciated. Thanks It does'nt sound like it is kicken out of gear it sounds more like a rolling rattle. And iv been working on atv's for a few years and it does'nt sound like a rod or...

After going out and riding it around the yard it sounds like it is coming from the shifter. And it is pretty loud but it stops when i pully the clutch in. And it makes the noise when i put it in gear to. But if i jack the back up and put it in gear i dont hear the noise

It has a rattle when riding but if i pull the clutch in it stops.

So u still have it and if u do i may want it im having alot of problems starting this atv it acts like it is out of time. If that procom is the problem i may need one

And it has a new procom cdi on it has anyone used this kind of cdi. The other guy put it on and he is the one that had it bored 40 over and it looks like it had'nt run any after rebuild by the piston and head

Thanks everone iv took the head and jug off just to make sure and did'nt find anything. So iv orderd a carb kit and flywheel and i well go from there.

One more thing when i take the timing gear off of the came the cam falls back about a 1/4 turn is that the when iv got it at top dead center is that the norm

OK i put the carb back on same thing and i can see fuel and i can put a little in the spark plug hole same thing. OK and it is spiting a little fuel smoke out the air intake when i pull the choke out. Now i had that happen once on a Honda and the cam had bad wear on it just a thought

No i said it wrong i took all the jets out of the bottom of the carb but if you take the top off one of them has some kind of jet in there but the 87 doesn't have one just by the book but books can be wrong

I think they put a 1987 carb on this 2001 bike im about 99% sure by the book. and it only has a needle jet i think by the book

Iv just got done cleaning the carb again and haven't put it back on yet... The inside of this carb is clean i could eat out of it. But i thing the have put a older carb on it

OK i was thinking the same thing iv put new gas in it and i just came in from the shop from checking the spark with a tester And it was .400 the book said anything over .24 is good and it has a bright blue spark

And yes the parking brake is still on it but iv tried unplugging the one and plugging the other into itself.
