And it has a new procom cdi on it has anyone used this kind of cdi. The other guy put it on and he is the one that had it bored 40 over and it looks like it had'nt run any after rebuild by the piston and head

barely used maybe 5 min of idle and a quick trip down the driveway.. My buddy tried the procom and it was junk.. I love my dynatek

So u still have it and if u do i may want it im having alot of problems starting this atv it acts like it is out of time. If that procom is the problem i may need one

still got it shoot me a PM if your interested.. The dynatek gave me alot easier starting, throttle response and a noticeable power increase on the butt dyno..

Ok guys i've been helping jonathanchevy work on this warrior and its the craziest thing i've ever seen. We took the topend off the motor and made sure it was all good. The stator, flywheel and cdi have all been replaced within the last couple weeks. Its got compression and a kick ass spark, but the way it spits back through the carb it acts like its out of time somehow. How could this be? Let me ask you electrical guru's this. Does the coil and flywheel produce a spark everytime the flywheel passes the pickup point on the stator or is it just every other time like most 4stroke motors? How would it know to only spark every other time? I just dont understand how this motor could be 180 degrees out of time which is what it acts like! It keeps spitting back fuel and what seems like compression through the carb. I should also note that the flywheel key is good and timing marks and everything else is good.

If you have a service manual put it back together and time it right, its not hard to get a 4 stroke motor 180 out, it can happen on car engines too. If I think I am right that spark should happen at certain time on the flywheel, the cam should have a certain amount of turns to one turn of the crank, if its timed right it should spark with one turn of the flywheel, the cam should turn around 3-4 I think with one turn of the crank. If its got a hell of a spark and its spittings or blowing fuel back out the carb I think its timed wrong the intake is slightly or full open on the compression stroke.

It also could b bent valves take the head (if its still off) and put it on it's nose and fill the intake with water and if any comes out around the vlaves its bent or needs a valve job and repeat for the exhaust bake sure they are dry b4 reinstalling it
