Noise coming from motor when riding

It has a rattle when riding but if i pull the clutch in it stops.

After going out and riding it around the yard it sounds like it is coming from the shifter. And it is pretty loud but it stops when i pully the clutch in. And it makes the noise when i put it in gear to. But if i jack the back up and put it in gear i dont hear the noise

Your reverse shifter is kicking into nuetral

Ok iv tryed to adjust the rev shifter and that was not it.
If any one has any thoughts on this it would be appreciated. Thanks
It does'nt sound like it is kicken out of gear it sounds more like a rolling rattle.
And iv been working on atv's for a few years and it does'nt sound like a rod or crank bearing to me. But this is my first warrior. And it has a 06 motor on it i got a 06 raptor cheap and used everthing on it.

dose it have both chain rollers?

Yes it does both are new and I put tm designs
rear chain guide with rollers

Have you set the valves lately? I know tou said it sounds like its comeing from the tranny but maybe its something else that dosent require splitting cases

Hmm id pull the clutch cover off and look at everything inside there
