Ya thats one of the things on the list of stuff still to come, just not at the top of the list. Next things are motor and front shocks.
 
Well Ive had requests for an action vid. This is the video I entered in the vid contest, but its got me and Jar-Jar in action. I had a blast and Jar-Jar didnt fail me. I will say I love the banshee rear for the landing off of the berms and the Kendas were great in the mud, not to mention IowaWarrior was right the spider grips are great in water and mud.

Well for the most part Jar-Jar performed flawlessly, little hiccup once in a while, but I cant complain for the first real trail riding hes seen since I got it put back together. Little downside though on long runs I thought the motor got noisier, Im hoping my valves are just out of adjustment. Which could be entirely possible after 160+ miles in 2 days with a lot of WOT runs. If it turns out to be more I think Im gonna go a little crazier that I originally planned:evilface:!!!

Hey can you tell me the jetting you are using.?
Whats your setup and do you like the exhaust ??
I want a Big gun just like yours twin air filter and no lid.

Im running a Uni with no lid. Not sure on the needle position as the carb was already jetted when I got the quad. It ran fine just a little rich so Ive let it be. Only reason I know the main jet is I cleaned out the bowl before assembling the setup in the beginning.

My exauhst arrives tomorrow im buying a 150 a 147,5(maybe will go with 150) and put the needle on the 4 notch.
Rich isnt bad leaner is so i prefer richer. oh and 45 pilot.
 
^+1. We would all be riding ATC185's if people didnt push things to the limit to find out how big and how far you can go. Why not do it. I am running stock jetting with the sparky out of my exhaust and a modded air box, runs 10 times better than stock.

Idk it just seems like a grand worth of motor mods is worth being safe... Unless money grows on trees ha
 
It doesnt grow on trees for me so Ill be safer than sorry. Gotta decide what Im gonna do motor wise with this though. Unless I wanna resleeve the jug that was supposed to be 84mm, its only good for the 400 kit
