2001 Warrior Over Revving???

Hi guys, Im new to this forum. Actually Im new to 4 strokes. Anyways, Ive recently purchased a warrior and It starts and Idles fine, But Ive noticed that while Idling If I rev it up, by quickly hitting the throttle one time and letting it go. It revs up fast but the revs comes back down very slowly. Is it lean? Ive also noticed that the rubber intake manfold is cracked in two spots? what could this be and how can I fix it?

yes it will and is most likely what is causing the problem

Yupp, deff needs a new intake and lube your cable.

So what you guys are saying is that if I replace the intake manifold that should fix the over revving issue...that easy :loco:

yeah it pulls air in the cracks and makes to bike lean .... lube the cable to just to make sure it moves freely
