I don't want them by my feet. I'm pretty tall (6'4) and I have big feet, this quad was designed for me being the rider, a smaller rider might not fit on it the same as me. I actually don't think somebody else can really sit comfortably on it

Pretty wicked man. Perhaps throw a +2 or +4 swinger on there. Might help you keep the rear under control. Check out the swing arm shop on ebay. Any new pics of this beast?

I'm thinking, since I already did all this fabrication why not cut apart the swing arm and extend it 4-6". It will still look relatively normal because of the longer grab bar.

I still have to mount the radiator in it's final location so I can hack apart the front plastics and see what I can fit back on.

well i've been in metal fab most of my life so i've got the tools and know how to run the pipes where ever i want them :D hehe
and i'm a girl and i'm only 5'5 so i'm rather small and i dont get in the way of stuff like that
my only question is.... did you get the frame and everything GREEN enough? lmao

I'm a heavy machine operator by trade. This was kind of out of my field of normal projects, I usually build drag racing cars.

Can never be too green, I was going for the Grave Digger color. It looks nice with the blue plastics though.

only the back. I could make the front fit but I have my radiator there and would rather not start cutting them apart. From the beginning I didn't want front plastics in honor of the street fighter bikes.

It will soon, its probably still uploading. I hit 30 or 40 mph in like 3 seconds without being into the throttle completely.

That's the look I was going for. In honor of all the street fighter bikes I tried to do the same with a quad. If I ever sell it I'll be sure to get the front plastics back on.

nice my quad should be ridable by saturday and it goes about 80-85 it has dg rcm ll exhaust, 30 tooth sprocket, rejetted carb, new evrything else pretty much everythin other then the engine was broken andwarn out the swingarm boltwas actually welded by its own heat from getting ridden so long with no maintence i had to take it off with a sawzall

Nice dude, this thing will do anywhere from 180-190 MPH at the minimum (and this is a very low estimate)... not that I have the balls to test it though.

cycy....your Warrior will do 85? Your sig says 76 and what mods have you done besides the Dollar General slip on?

Today I managed to sheer and bend a carrier set pin. Also stripped the larger bottom carrier bolt, I guess I can't launch at 8 grand anymore.

My back brakes didn't work, so I am currently fabricating for even better stopping force by using the CBR back brakes.

yeasus man. Perhaps you might want to think about making the rear end a honda style housing.

I'm switching every carrier bolt and set screws to grade 8 bolts, if this doesn't stop the problems I am having then I'm going to weld the carrier in place.
