Gen1 IDK honestly. The whole swingarm was cleaned and sandblasted. Thought it went in fine but one side doesnt spin freely.

DLR Hopefully purdy, reliable and strong. Every winter i have focused on a main part. This winter I want this quad to perform and look better then it did in the showroom in 1991. I already have a strong well rounded powerplant for trails so it needs to ride like new.

Sometimes needle bearins can be tricky. They get a little bit of warpage and the needles can bind in the cage. Or, you can shock it so hard, the needles start to pop out. Did you try spraying it with lube and try to rotate? See if you can get something that fits inside the bearing when you drive it in. That will help to hold the needles in place. I did a rear diff rebuild on a timberwolf a couple years ago, and had something similar happen to me.

Damn that thing is gonna look good! Makes me want to take mine all apart again....

Got new bearings today and started putting it back together.
