Started cleaning up exhaust with my new buffer. Still learning how to use it lol

Got it slowly going back together only to find out my carrier bearings had slight play. Didnt want to half ass this build so I went to replacing them. After beating the f*ck out of it found that the right side bearing had froze to the axle. Finally got it all apart and cleaned up. Now Im just waiting on the new bearing to find out if it did any damage to the axle or if its nice and tight. Good thing I had carrier taped for grease fitting before hand, now i just drilled out the inner sleeve so the grease will flow everywhere.

Sweet man. Make sure the bearing surface on the axle is good. I had this same problem with my bike when I go it. Had to get a new axle.

Not to much work today, still waiting on bearing. Got exhaust bolted on. Realized I some how either lost or gave my heatsheild guard away. Now I need a new one. If anyone has one let me know.

Not nearly as nice as Westons but had left over UHMW so tried to make my own. Deff a pain in the ass, he is selling them real cheap.
The circle in the middle is dimpled out to avoid hitting sprocket. Plastic is 2" thick.
