Got new oring chain on. Found my rear disk is slightly warped so may spring for nicer rotor. Now I sit at the door til UPS man arrives tomorrow with my A arms, so I can get it together and sitting on all fours.

Winter of 2012/2013
Every nut, bolt, bearing and bushing has been replaced. Full bike was torn apart the powdercoat frame, swingarm, pegs, carrier, a arms, hubs and brake calipers. Clutch, valve springs stator, trigger and coil were replaced. Carrier, swingarm and hub had zerk fittings installed. I have busted my ass and put a ton of detail into this quad. It has come a long way and I plan on making it the best I can.

Bike looks sweet, dude! I was wondering which one of us was going to be completed first. lol.

Lol, too funny. Btw, .020" over is roughly 353cc. .040" is 357. It is 9cc for every 1mm you over bore.

Thanks man. Means a lot to here you guys like my work. I know its not everyone's fav but I put a lot of time, hard work and money from what it once was.

So I keep hearing from everyone that I need a bigger carb. My question is with the mods I have is it really necessary to upgrade? What gains will I even see. I finally got my jetting just right so I'm Leary to change now that it runs great. I'm sort of leaning toward a mikuni vm-38

Super easy swap man except you will need to do something to the intake tube. Cause it kinks the tube a bit. It's a good upgrade for sure but I don't know where you will find one cheap?
