Little update. The new carb did great. I only had to tweak the af mixture and after had no issues. My 660 rear link made bike way to low for the woops so I put the stock one back on. Got to test my case saver as a rock got caught in my skid and knocked my master link off throwing my chain into case. All in all good weekend and bike felt great.

Well engine is apart. Had bad compression and took jug off. Rings are toast. Jug is getting a cleaning along with new rings. Tonight I tapped clutch cover for oil cooler lines and letting the weld putty dry. Pretty sure the overheating and dust killed it. Funny how strong it still ran for **** compression

haven't had any probs comp wise with #5 yet and I'm running wide open(no box)Huge K&N with a womans knee high panty hose over the filter works great keeps all the fine dust particals from entering the filter and a pack of 4 pairs is only a buck! way cheaper than the outerwares and work just as good if not better

Its been 3 1/2 years since rebuild and I blame most on the junk drop in k&n before I bought the um box

yep those drop in's are just that JUNK! they never seal tight enough

Well got the top end rebuilt with new rings and gaskets. Repacked the FMF with new material. Also got the clutch cover modded and cooler installed. Prob now is the headlight brackets i made will ot clear the cooler. So now i need to figure out a new way to mount the lights. Its nice that the scoop in the hood actually flows air onto the top of the cooler.

Well top end rebuild went well. Just took it by BK's and rode great. Alittle rich now with the muffler repack but that will be an easy fix

Well my JB weld failed, over heated the tranny and I locked up my tranny gears. So look out for my 08 Raptor 350 motor tahts getting dropped in lol.

I have a modded clutch cover. anyway of checking for sure to see if its working properly?
Id hate for it to mess up and lock up anything.
