Yes you pressure test it at 120 psi threw both holes blocking the out going hole and the lower back hole that will insure its sealed tight and not going I pressured our shop lines to 180 and hit it with air and mines as secure as a weld but I didn't use jb that stuffs been problems for me since the first day I used it there are much better products to block the passage with then jb products they don't do we'll under heat and or pressure in my hop

Well thanks to Alex and BKroll we got the raptor internals swapped into my case. We found that the second gear was frozen into the shaft. We also found out that my clutch cover mod held up. We also did the Bones bb shift shaft mod and bb oil cooler. Once I get another set of rings ill be dropping the engine back in.

Was talking about his clutch cover issue pertaining to the loosening of the blockage but it was after it was decided to go the bb route

My cover was pressure tested and determained that is was not the cause of the issue

Got new temp clutch cover til I can get other ceramic coated chrome. Just waiting on BB cover then going back into bike.
