Oh snap that ain't right that guide is supposed to be under the head not loose like that there is a slot it sets in the head just to the left of were the screw driver is in the pic you can't put it back unless you take the head off about a inch and you will nead a new head gasket
crap how didn't that click when I looked at it.

i have a whole new issue.. my carb is leaking gas all of a sudden..its leaking out of the drain hose..what the hell is this now..i guess i ask for problems when in buy a 500 dollar bike..

sounds like the float is sticking. cheap easy fix, take the carb off, take the bowl off, check the float, specs are in the manual
 
But first try hitting the carb bowl with a hammer and see if it stops but if not what elwood said

TAP it, no need to hammer it like mad. And yeah you need to reset your cam guide. Wonder why its up there like that? That anit right.

what will happen if i leave it like that? i have been riding it for a little over a month the way it is..i just dont have the knowledge to pull the head off and reset that..and i tryed tapping on the carb with a hammer already and it didnt work.
