I have a 99 warrior, that was brought to me to repair. He said it ran when they pulled off with a car. 1st thing starter was bad replaced it. It had car ignition switch on it with only 2 wires hooked up, replaced it with new 4 wire switch & harness. The coill was busted so I replaced it. I've checked all the ohms on all the switches, trigger coils etc. When the kill switch is turned on & off with the key on , I get clicking in the 2 relays. 1 relay clicks when I turn the key on w/kill switch in run position. the other with the key still on when the kill switch is moved to the stop position. I also have a 95 warrior that these relays make no noise at all. I swapped mine out for the clicking ones, and they Click as well. This thin is blowing my mind. You go thru all the checks & it leads to the last thing CDI Box. If this thing was running according to the owner, CDI couldn't be bad. I got a feeling its something simple just cant put my finger on it. The clicking switches bother me.
Any Ideas?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Pop starting by pushing it or pulling it with a car/atv/truck/ect 9 out of 10 times is a bad stator, even if it is testing good. Only other thing that you didnt mention is the battery, if its not good it can turn the motor over but not have enough to give a strong spark. Have you looked at spark turning it over with the electric start.

Ok the other day after i rode all weekend, i wash it reall good. It ran and sarted perfect before i washed it. I tried to start it after washing and it just clicked like you stated. I noticed that both my battry cables were corroded real bad. I cleaned them at the battery and at the soleniod put them back on and it fired right up.... CDI boxes rarely go bad. Plus if its just clickin its not getting power to anything but the soleniod. Maybe clean the kill switch contacts.

I can hold the plug with my hand & touch the engine while starting, Nothing

I'm guessing Pulsar coil is shot. It could be a control switch issue. Bad ground somewhere?
