I love my chivies.. But your right, I haven't been impressed with any of the newer stuff. I do like the new camaro though, but if you've ever driven one, you'll find out how horrible they really are.. They don't handle very good, and you can't see out of them. The interior feels really cramped to.

i love the camaros... must be a v8 6speed though... my friends mom had one we use to "barrow" all the time in GA lol. i LOVE the 2013-2014 trucks. and i love the vette's since they went to the small bodies

I got to test drive a ZL1.. It was awesome! But it had it's flaws, like I said..
I wouldn't buy one.

I've seen a few people with s10s so here's mine too..
225/55/16 with 3/5 drop. Rides pretty good. Bottoms out on hard bumps.

Good looking S-10 I have one just like it torn down to the frame (my other project other than the warrior) also have the long bed id spoken of earlier the odo says 2750000 and it quit workin about 3 years ago !!!!! U cant kill the 4.3, changed oil, waterpump, and rebuilt the alt thats it best trucks ever built.... No wonder chevy went bankrupt, and fords are best sellers, if the people would have bought a s-10 they would have never had to buy 3 or 4 fords !!!!! :tup:

Ive been working in the same shop for the last past 15 1/2 years and we get all kinds of fords all the time and alot of the big ford f-250,350 etc,,, hardly ever get chevys only if its an oilchange but we got ower first chevy 2500 to actauly work on about two weeks ago and we were shocked just to see one had to do alot of research just to fix it, i didnt work on it but hung out with the tech that did..

The Fords are almost always the mother fuckers to fix. And, lots of reoccuring problems. I know, I work on em. Not impressed with the Camaro at all. I hate to say that being a GM guy, but it does absolutely nothing for me. The new COPO drage car is sweet lookin, though. I personally would love to have a ZR1 Vette. The Vette comercial where the guy takes it around that banked turn to the left, and you hear the turbo wind up, justs makes me cream myself.

Do not like the interrior or body of the GM trucks. Or any of the new trucks for that matter. The new chassis under the GM is the shiznit! I thought my HD was beefy, then they came out with that mofo, and DAUUUM!

I cant say im into the chevy or ford cars that much, thow i think the new camaro does look sweet but id personally rather have a turbo skyline or supra or something like that but thats just me, i love a turbo dont wanna work on them or anything to be honest (lol) Hell before i got my extreme i wanted and still do a GMC Syclone with AWD Turbo,,, when i got my truck we went to the coast for vacation and on the interstate, we were doing 80 one came up beside us looked over at me and just left us like we were sitting still then went right down the off ramp,,thats bad ass..

They were a cool little vehicle. The only new cars that do anyting for me are the Vette (z06 and up), and the 350/370Z from Nissan. That is about it. Only car from the '80s that was really badass cool was the Buick Grand National. That is a car on my list. Other then that, all the good/cool/trick/badass/character capturing/super cars went bye bye after '72. Even the '71 and '72s did not look as cool or good as their predassors. I'm really diggin my Javelin the more and more I research, and look at the old girl. 450horse is going to be a blast when it's all done!

They bought back their stocks and screwed all us tax payers in the process, they paid alot less than the government paid for them. It was a loss of atleast in the 100 million plus range or higher. And they still havent completely paid back all of the bailout loan only about a 1/4 or it. Though the media would have us believe otherwise. Ive seen the actual data, so in my eyes GM still isnt clear.

As for Dodge as far as I know they havent even attempted to pay anything back.


The Stingray Vette I think is the Ugliest thing that have put out and that says alot since the HHR and SSR are ugly as ****.

Now you other tech's we've had this discussion before, it pretty much comes down to where you are. Ill say 90% or the work we do at the shop I work is GM's.

nice trucks! i would go with the 4/6 thats what i want in my father inlaws 74 c10. the dream motor would be 572 with twin turbos. those cars are fast but i think sleepers are the way to go. i got 200hp in my jetta vr6 with cat back exhaust and intake . love the power
