You said you had strippd bolts on the on the brake rotor? Is the allen head part stripped? If it is, I had the same problem all I did was put a little heat to the bolt and then get a torx socket that would was a little bigger that the stripped out hole. I took a hammer with the torx socket on it and pounded the torx socket onto the fastener until it felt like it would hold and then try to turn it. I had to do this on my warrior and my trx 400ex. It might take a couple times to hit it with the hammer to make it stick good but it sure does the trick.
 
Ya i striped mine out to and when i replaces them i put hex head bolts on it, like what should have been put on it from the start.
