What a rip off . My local shop charged me $20 to pull the flywheel, and put it back on for me . Anyways , If most of your noise is on the clutch side you should probably look there first . While your in the left side Id replace the keyway to . its a few dollars .

Forgot to ask, how did your clutch basket and disks look?

Didn't know Wiseco made cam chains, should be just fine. Interested to hear how that two bros pipe sounds, Check the packing of you don't know how old it is, looks to be just about brand new. You gonna direct weld it or use the tension spring set-up?

um .. probally weld since i dont have the springs .... not sure yet ..

probally gonna have to cut it down a bite to i think its gonna be too long but we;ll see

and i dont know about the clucth disc or basket yet , havent took the case cover off yet

I think your clutch noise is probably a bad throwout bearing, that's the bearing the clutch actuator pin pushes against to disengage the pressure plate. If that goes out you'll have aluminum on aluminum contact eventually, explaining your metal shavings everywhere. Should be an easy fix as long as it didn't go too long and tear everything to shreds.

nah .. just sanded with 2000 grit .. and paited with anodized red paint from auto zone , holds up pretty well if you dont paint the outside bead or whatever you call it /

they turned and a bit darker than i wanted but oh well
