not on aftermarket ones rappys not if its a 3pc front line system it bolts below the stering stem top mount there is a mount there off of the right side frame rail

I guess that might work. But it won't last. You have to "cut" the metal and then put a fine buff to it to make it last awhile. I got a hard wheel for cutting, and a soft one for fine work, and the final polish. I'd say there would be a good couple hours to buff and detail your pipe right...

It's up to you, I just think polished headpipes, and a can would be so pretty on your quad... JMHO...

its doable but not practical imo brush the can polish the cap and either coat or wrap the rest and call it done and that way you wont have to polish it every ime you get mud on it because ive seen your videos your not scared of it lol

lol black wrap looks cool white gets stained easy ive never had anything ceramic coated before so your on your own there but solid black yuck not on your bike

Got the rest of the front end off and worked on the exhaust. I soaked the header bolts in penetrant for like a week. i slowly worked them out with a small ratchet so i didnt put too much torque load on them and slowly got the first off easily and when the second was almost off it snapped... **** but luckily theres a lot there that i can pull it out and put a new one in. Also slid the powerbomb and sparks together quick and dam this setup is gonna look good all cleaned up

Also i got to thinkin about the exhaust wrap, does it hold moisture? I dont want the midpipe getting any thinner than it is. Im thinkin maybe just sandblast and black exhaust paint now

hey if your having issues with head bolts like most of us have drill and tap the hole to a bigger bolt size mine is 8mm studs if i remember right so i dont have to worry about snapping the bolt off i used stainless studs and nuts so no more rust and they fit the pb header without modification! just thought sense you are already there thought this might interest you

only if you wash it then let it does your supposed to crank it and let it warm up after e good wash to "dry out the motor" so ya a little but not like cotton or regular cloth its more of a fiberglass type material so its semi water resistant and it will smell like badly burnt grilled cheeses for the first 2 hrs of riding and smoke a lil right after you wrap it (smoke coming from the wrap not the motor)

it shouldn't bother it getting any thinner ive only blown on pipe that was heat wrapper and that was cuzz it crack not bunt out so you should be fine you could coat in in rustolium or something to cut down on the the affect of the wrapping it holding water and and if your riding it when it gets wet it will evaporate instantaneously
oh and btw i pulled the wrap off my oem header and there is zero rust on it:tup:

ya lol if its not cold as a wedge it will evaporate ive had mine in the mud deep before just not my fave terrain to ride/race in

I'm not a wrap fan. I've seen to many of them get eatin because of the whole moisture thing. and that other "beast" you've been rippin on.....i hate that quad. It tried to kill me once.
