Needs to be off a yfz or your stuck with 4 of em or a twist throttle, its about 380$ New so a used one is what you want, I I know one from a yfz will work, it's what I have on mine

I know what your say'n, but they are all the same. I guess you might have to get a different throttle cable though. I'm not sure if you ran a stock warrior one or not?
The LTZ400, TRX450, and KTM quads all use them, as well as the YFZ450..
Just say'n.. lol

You gotta make sure you know what your buy'n, or you could have a screw up. But you'd have to be pretty dumb to end up with 4 of them.. lmao

Only the yfz has the 39fcr

Ktm uses a 41mmfcr

Honda uses a regular kehin (the fcr is a common mod on them)

The ltz uses a regular vacuum slide, (I have had 3 in the shop)

So you need one off a yfz and a yfz throttle cable

I was just going off what I read on ebay, I guess it meant those quads are what the carb will fit..
 
Ya in 04-05 they used a butterfly style carb then in 06 they switched to a flatside kehin fcr

Also the old 450r carb i heard is a great swap, not quite as good on performance but a lot easier on throttle pull
 
there has got to be a way to make the fcr 37mm a thumb throttle car using the yfz cable and housing .... the question is really what would have be done to it

i would really like to try the 37mm
 
i really dont thing a 37 would be any better then a 39, the 37 has accl pump issues, and the 39 is awesome on a stock head! it had no flat spots were id didnt wanna pull hard, Wot pulled better 3/4 or 7/8ths its just the perfect carb in my honest opinion.

so it can stand up in 3rd gear with this carb?Right now my raptor can get the front end up in second gear but it winds out pretty fast.I would almost have second thoughts on getting a 450 if just a carb can give that much more power.
 
Stand up, lean back and punch it in 3rd, if you get traction, it will pull them up, a little faness you can do it in 4th, its hard to get it to the balance point in 4th, but it is possible
