Best carb swap for raptor?

sounds like it's well worth the switch if it gives this much more power.
 
i really dont thing a 37 would be any better then a 39, the 37 has accl pump issues, and the 39 is awesome on a stock head! it had no flat spots were id didnt wanna pull hard, Wot pulled better 3/4 or 7/8ths its just the perfect carb in my honest opinion.


I am going to have to disagree with you on this. The stock head and intake (warrior or raptor) is around 36mm. By going any bigger then 37mm and not porting or using the stock intake will not gain any performance and will hurt low speed performance. Now if you where to have your intake manifold bored out to 38-39mm as well as match the head and have it ported to the intake manifold then you will get much better results with the 39mm.

I've played around with some different carbs on the warrior. The flat slides are the best with the accel pumps. 37mm fcr for just a awesome bore+size upgrade.. 38/39mm for a stroker.
