Blow By

New to the Warrior engine. Is blow by into the crankcase normal in these engines? When you pull the oil check plug while it is running it will spit oil over the handle bars, before and after I did a new Jug, piston and rings. PVC is not clogged it has a lite pulse to it. The ring gaps is in specs with Clymer manual and I put the rings in offset. Cylinder leak down is less than 5%.

That`s not blow by. That`s the engine internals splashing oil out the hole.
