i went riding on tuesday and my hands got like sore or like i got a rash on them... it feels like the gloves or the handgrips im using does it.. so is there perfered handgrips or gloves or both ?

you need to work up some calluses on your hands! unless you are allergic to latex you shouldn't get a "rash". i dont know if the gloves are even made with latex rubber or not. start lifting weights, you will develop calluses very quickly, and its great for your body and your heart.

You can also buy new grips that are much softer and smoother so that it's not nearly as bad.

i like yakuza idea.. i got some and it happenes when i ride for a long long period of time.. i think my gloves are ****** and waring out and same with the grips.. any perfered gloves or grips

my favorite grips would probably have to be Oury or Pro Grip. as for gloves i like the Four Profile

Fit of your gloves is also important. They should be snug and not loose. If they are loose you're hand/fingers will move in them and cause blisters.
As far a grips go, i switch to a full diamond pattern instead of the waffle or half waffle design. Much more comfortable.

I've also discovered grip donuts! These are neoprene "donuts" that go on your grip an butt up against your throttle and your switches(left side).

I run a scott hurricane full waffle and thor phase gloves. This set-up is orgasmic compared to my 15 dollar progrips. I paid 7 for these.

Scott full waffle grips and Four Profile gloves. Works pretty well. Going to try some Shift Assault gloves and see how those work. But as mentioned before just work out and build some calluses.
