help electrical problem

Then how dose the stator make friction off the fly wheel? None of my other bike had oil in the fly wheel

i dont really know but but there are bearing in there at need oil and a big hole for the oil to get in there (i just slip cases on 2 motors and built one)
so i know that is supposed be oil in there

It's not friction, it works off a magnet so the oil doesn't effect it like it if were done with friction

do you have a ohm tester ?? and the manual ??? if so just to page 275 an run down the list
