"WHACK" no glenn a wiseco piston and hotcam doesn't mean stock  :p ;D
Your rite , I still have no idea what bore I have so to me its stock .

Hahahah, nah, although when I finish this one, having another would be sweet a TT or MX set up. I'll never sell the war dog or part it out, might sell parts in trade for new ones but never got ride of it all or downgrade. I freakin love the damn thing. It a head turner. Anyways, I dicked around with the carb. Pulled it (shot myself in the eye with gas, not fun) cleaned it, reinstalled and messed with the throttle linkage, took the air box cover off. Really opened it up. Still not perfect but a whole heck of a lot better. Its at the shop right now up on the dyno machine. I'll post numbers and improvements soon.

OK, Little update. I got a call fro the shop today. I was pulling 18 before he started messing with it (on a dyno that reads 15 on a sock warrior) he ran it 7 times and now it stilling at 22Hp. He says my acceleration and throttle response is GREATLY improved. He suggest I switch to a K&n filter and then he will tweak it some more. He expects to see another 2-4 HP.

Some things I should consider; run it on Cam2 and think about getting a p&p job and open the intake valve up to +1 or so. He experience says that having head work done on these engines is where the power comes from.

^ HUH? I wanna go +1 on the valves and taper the intake, that another $700. I think I'll pass

60/hr(dyno time) x 4hrs + $50 K&N...so, anyone willing to let me borrow $300 so I can get my quad back from the shop? Hahahaha

33HP and a perfectly tuned Edle! I'm stoked to hop on it again.

Got my quad back today. I think I should change this post to "I think I LOVE my warrior!!!" G-man, I didn't get to ride it, its raining and I was on my lunch break from work. But the throttle response is INSANE now, from a revving standpoint and I know this is gunna sound weird, but I could tell in just the 5 feet I moved it and got it up my truck ramps. G-damn! I'm gunna be grinning on the SOB this weekend!!

SO, anyone that wants to know what added to my 33/34HP warrior - Open air box and K&N filter with pro flow billet adapter, DMC exhaust with FMF powerbomb header, Edlebrock carb, 366cam, JE 11:1 piston and 34.5mm bore. All that, done right and in tune will get you the results. Now I just need to go out and ride that damn thing!

Welp, back on the fence now. Hahahaah

I need new carrer and front bearrings, front left hub, steering stem, a-arm heim joints, a hydro clutch rebuild, batter and handlebars. Hahahah, what a money pit!!!!

This weekend was so awesome!!! my quad finally has the power I have always knew was in it! I was climbing **** that I never would of even thought about trying before....In fact I kinda got a little too cocky and got up a hill that send be back down it twice. (need new steam and handlebars and left hub and bearings now) I'm gunna have a kick ass time on this beast this year.

On a side note. I really hate when I beat it up like I do. It looked so nice when I finished my rebuild.....not it looks used........I need to give her a good bath and some cosmetic work. New photo shoot this summer.
