anyone got a pic of the valve cap mod? i already did bic
spring mod.
 
it's easy just pull the sideplate off of your carb and push down the accelerator pump and put a plastic cap over the rod
 
ok, ill look in AM, knew it was easy but i dunno, im cooked, welding till 1 AM last nite on a GOOK Quad then put it back together and took the boy ridin today, now my log splitter wont run.........oh fuckic JOY, never ends at my place......have wrenches will travel or...............LEAVE:haha:
 
if it requires a valve stem cap, im thinkin --------this is like an overhaul:eek:, can u send me 1? ill pay shipping:haha:
 
so can someone help me out on this problem I posted earlier in this thread that I never got an answer on?

think I need to rejet the 02 though when in neutral if I hold throttle at 3/4's she revs then bogs back and forth fast so does that mean too rich ? I have the needle in the stock clip position 3rd down and the main is 155 pilot is stock she idles and revs great up to 3/4 throttle she blows a little puff of black smoke when hitting 3/4 to full throttle

I think I have the same problem. Once I get to 3/4 throttle, it starts cutting out I figure I need to change my main jet
 
but she has so much power and it only bogs at 3/4 throttle when reving in neutral not while riding just goes like a raped ape!
 
but I've rode over 800 miles with it since May with no issues engine wise
and the same plug for the whole 800+ miles
