But why not use 4x4 quads for that? They're probably more reliable and alot easier to ride.

They're also more expensive, use more fuel, require more maintenance because there's twice as many things to go wrong, they're harder to work on, and generally they're also slower.

That's very true, kinda forgot how simple sport quads are compared to 4x4s.
