I bought a Mikuni TM36-68 carb for my 1998 350 warrior and the stock airbox boot isn't long enough to attach to the carb. Does anyone know what to get to make it long enough to attach?

Thank you for the help! I'm assuming you mean to use a piece of plastic tube just long enough to clamp both silicone sides together right?Get the od of the carb and airbox and buy 2 silicone elbows. Cut them where they meet and attach them together with some clamps and a piece of pipe.
You have to really force it in. It also helps if you shift while still moving.Ok thanks. I also have one more question I have a problem with my forward and reverse lever not engageing to forward and just grinds. I tried adjusting the rod as much as I could to make it push as far as possible to the forward position and still isn't engaging and I'm worried I'll have to split the case. what do you think it could be?

OK thanks for the suggestion I'll also try that and see if it works. If it helps, FWIW, I still have to jiggle and force the lever on mine. It seems to help to hold it forward as I let off the clutch. It will align and engage as I let off the clutch.
