Hey guys, I got a friend who set up his 500 Sportsman really nice, I convinced him into buying a supertrapp exhaust and get some clutching done from AAEN performance, he also runs 25" mudlite XL's (25" is stock size, just more aggressive tire).
He could beat me on top-end by 5+/- mph stock. We havent raced again yet (winter=snow) but I dont want to be totally blown away when we do, even winning would be nice
Im running a FMF Powerbomb Header with the Powercore 4 Muffler.
I also have the K&N air filter and an outerwears with stock box/lid on.
My carb is jetted for this setup (or so I was told)
Later on this winter I will be changing my stock gearing to a 38 tooth rear, if I find I loose to much torque, I will go to a 39, and a 40 (stock) If im not impressed with either.
My warrior has gobs of low end power, and I love it, being able to pop wheelies whenever I want. But what could I do without dumping more than 300+/- into it for more overall acceleration and top-end?
