mud tires???

im lookin to get some mud tires for trail riding i was gonna get the mud lite sp but i just wanted to see if there was anything cheaper out there

maxxis sur tracs are great mud/snow trail tire, cheap too

I had Interco Swamplites on my warrior, they were badass. The only way I got stuck with them is when I got buried so bad that I was sitting on nothing but my frame. Back when I got them it was about $110 shipped for 2 tires, from mudthrowers.com, that was years ago, probably won't find a deal quite that good now.

hey tyler how are those interco's do they hold up well

I think you read wrong, I was the one that posted about the Interco's. They did hold up pretty well, especially considering they're a mud tire but I whipped it around and slid all over which usually tears up mud tires quickly. Only got a puncture one time, nail stuck in one, but plugged it and never had a problem after that. They are a heavy tire for a 22" but the warrior is a tank to begin with so you probably won't feel the extra weight back there.

Here's a pic of them on the quad, right after installation. It's probably been about 3 years now, I sold the quad to a buddy and the tires still look the same, barely worn at all. They look a lot more aggressive up close than the pictures really show.

I'm not scared to get muddy- i wasn't even close to stuck yet in this pic!

Ya I also have them I bought my warrior about 7 months ago I think, and I ride alot and they haven't shown alot of wear. I bought the warrior with them on it so I dont know what they were like brand new. But they do hook up pretty well.

Holy **** yamarider them swamp lites like you have are the same ones i have, and since i didnt buy them new i didnt know how much tread they have new! dang mine only have like 25% or less left on them lol and all along i thought they have like 50%-75% left on them! No wonder we have such different thoughts about them lol

Yeah, same here. I just saw the pics of yours and it's no wonder you're spinning all the time. Your warrior must really get some miles on it, it took me about a year to take the Swamplites down to 90% tread, probably about 300 miles of riding.
