ok i finally feel good enough to finish it up lol.
i'll be changing the break in oil and fixing the leak and adjusting the chains... i'll be set for ridding season
 
Chains? More than one chain on this thing? Or are you talking about the drive chain and timing chain?
 
A slight idling problem showed up. so i cleaned the carb and ordered 2 NGK iridium plugs. at $6 a whack there alil spendy for dirtbike plugs but it having a double plug head i had to have 2 of em :/
maybe this will fix the problem.
And since i had to clean the carb and the gas tank has to be removed to change plugs i've still not put the plastics on it :p

yeah i've been sick and it's post to rain for the next week so i had my dumbass bro go take a quick vid of it :).

NEXT on my to do list :)
Fork seals and lizard skinz fork boots.

thin either a ohlins rear shock (if i can find one used) or send mine off for a revalve/rebuild.
where is a good place to send mine? it's starting to leak pretty bad.

then onto new LED blinkers and a LED flasher relay. Then hell idk i'm open to ideas lol
thinking about a Pumper carb too.

OH i modded my carb. i drilled the tamper proof plug out of the mixturre screw so i could tune it and i shimmed the slide needle up by 1.5mm. next is to drill the vacuum hole out to 1 size larger in the slide for a faster throttle response :) it already wheelies like a MOFO :D after that it'll be badass lol. And i removed the airbox snorkel so it could breath. new in the intake department is a K&N and rejet.

at this time i've got $324.61 in the bike haha! i've also go two DOT tire's for the back and one for the front.
gotta **** load of stickers coming :)

#1 on the list ATM though is fork seals and boots then the rear shock but i really need some input for the rear shock.
 
Damn! I was expecting to see you actually back up some of your "I'm a bad ass chick and ride" claims.......nope just the infamous king man, king of the dipshits. hahah

About the shock. I know of a bunch of places that can rebuild it for you if your interested. GT thunder, motoworks, wiigstyle racing, shocktherapyracing ect. There are abunch out there, shop around. That tank and side fenders look bad ass...... cool looking bike.

HA he wishes he was me... :/ i've been like WOW sick for about 5 days now :'( it sucks monkey balls. and it started raining last night and it's not letup yet.

and hell i've proven myslef to be to smart to be my dumbass brother??? lol.

Thanks deadlast! i'll check into those and see when i can afford to do it. I'm also thinking about putting a rear shock off a newer DR650 on it (piggy back rezzy) :)
 
ya know... i was watching the video on my phone and i noticed that myself.
sure glad i didn't get any of those looks lol.

OH gonna have my seat recoverd soon to and maybe foam modded so it sits better cause i'mma ride this thing everywhere. one of my first trips will be from the start of the blueridge parkway to the other end :)
 
469 miles.
from the great smokey mountain national park in TN/NC to the Shenandoah National Park in VA.
i wanna make it a 2 week trip. take my time and stop at all the parks and stuff and enjoy it.
cancer really opened my eyes and no one really knows how long they got left and i wanna get outta this hell hole and see some things.
