Hey everyone, I've been a member on here since December, but am just now getting around to posting on here. I bought an '01 Warrior back in October that's bone stock. The only noteworthy thing I've done so far is replace the clutch cable with a Motion Pro Terminator cable.

Welcome if you have any question on anything the guys and girls here will help you. I have learn alot sbout my warrior and things to make it better because of the people on here.

welcome to the site. i dont think anyone on this site has a stock quad at all unless they just got it like u, considering i was gonna just jet mine and if you look at my sig its getting far from stock.

I would like to make some upgrades, but that gets expensive in a hurry. It doesn't help that I don't have much of a cash flow going right now. Anyone had experience with a 15, 16, or 17 tooth front sprocket?

I have used a 16 and a 13. And as you would expect the 13 has better acceleration but less top end that the 16. So what is the question about the front sprocket?

With a stock warrior with 22" tires, anything bigger than a 14 front is just going to slow you down. With 20" tires you can pull off a 15 tooth front. Go any bigger than those and it's just going to make 6th gear useless and make you use the clutch more at low speeds.

Its got 23''s on it now, but I was just wondering how much mph could be gained from an overall standpoint with a taller front sprocket, but I really like the Dunlop KT 877 20-10-9 tire (and they're not that expensive). I do believe the smaller diameter tire will make it handle better. Thanks for the input.

first thing I did was replace the balloon tires for a set of dunlop's from a raptor 660. it made a world of difference how it reacted going around corners because the tires didn't roll over like the factory balloon tires do.
